These September Updates have this instruction — –> 4516065 – Monthly Rollup – ‘strong recommendation’ –> 4516033 – Security Only – ‘must’ before installing the (whichever, above), first install 4516655 – Servicing Stack Update, and 4474419 – SHA-2 Support (September version); Sep 25, 2019 · Install KB4490628 first, this is needed in order to install the SHA-2 signed KB4516655 despite the latter superseding the former.
